SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT
Ultra Kolor is committed to ensuring the safety and security of every child and Young Person with whom its employees, contractors and temporary workers come into contact and as such we have in place stringent safeguards to protect children and Young People with whom we work.
The company’s aim is to provide a service that enables children and Young People to feel happy, secure and free to express themselves creatively. Equally we aim to ensure that parents, families, extended professional networks and any other relevant parties feel confident that the people providing the services are trustworthy and responsible and will do everything they can to keep children and Young People safe from harm.
Project manager, Felix Stochaj, is a practicing artist and Youth Support Worker who holds an enhanced DBS check and works full time in the Youth Sector within an NHS and London Council funded partnership.
Thorough risk assessments are completed prior to any activity or event, taking careful consideration for any individual vulnerabilities, community risk, learning difficulties and accessibility.
We are committed to upholding safeguarding policies that are in line with current public health and legal requirements.
